The Breaker is on the Scene
In my time with the Lord and asking Him what is on His heart for His children. I heard Him say, “I am releasing PEACE and HOPE to the weary hearts. I am shifting many from a posture of surviving and striving to a place of THRIVING. My GRACE is sufficient. Many are coming out of the storm and have made it to the other side. REJOICE and rest in My GOODNESS.”
“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” - 2 Peter 1:2-4 NKJV
I sense many have been in difficult battles with current circumstances and facing challenges that seem insurmountable. Well God has released me today to tell you, “THE BREAKER IS ON THE SCENE”. To better understand and get the full revelation of this word, I looked up the definitions of these rather common words. To SURVIVE is to continue on living after trauma, difficult circumstances or loss. To STRIVE is to do something with serious effort or energy, and to struggle in opposition. To THRIVE is to GROW VIGOROUSLY; FLOURISH; to GAIN WEALTH or possessions, to PROSPER.
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers”. - 1 John 2 NKJV
In pressing in, Holy Spirit revealed to me how we sometimes tend to revert back to old and familiar ways when challenged and coming up against resistance. This word really ministers to me as I have been in some tough challenges within lately as God has been stretching me to develop my character.
“And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” - Romans 5:3-5 NKJV
Our Lord Jesus challenges us to be more like Him each day, which means dying to self daily. While many of us have gone through such a GROWTH process, He is reminding us all that when faced with great challenges, we can tend to resurrect our old ways. Hence the reason His word says to die to self “DAILY”.
I feel the Lord is INCREASING many of us at this time. However, first we must step into the new WINESKIN He is forming within. This means we must once and for all break up with the old ways and patterns that tend to show up when we are close to taking ground. Those that are the proverbial “foxes that spoil the vine”.
“Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.” - Matthew 9:17 NKJV
God is so faithful to His children. His ways are good and He has great plans for you and me. He has sent Jesus Christ, who is the BREAKER, on the scene to SHIFT us supernaturally. He has seen the struggle and is cheering us on. He is on the scene and running that last stretch of the race with us as we cross the finish line. He is so excited to see our faces as we BREAKTHROUGH and CROSS OVER to our VICTORY!
